My first blog post! Introduction...

Im not quiet sure how to start this so I guess I will just put it all out there. I have two beautiful children and a great husband. We co sleep, do extended breastfeeding, and just basically try to get through life day by day.


Our newest addition Addison, who was born on April 29, 2010 has down syndrome and two different heart defects. She has Av Canal Defect and Tetralogy of Fallot. She will be undergoing surgey to repair her heart when she is 4-6 months old. I love my girlies they are my life.

My oldest daughter, Hailey, will be starting VPK in August and we cant wait, she is so excited. My husband and I have been together for 6 years and married for 2 and 1/2.

Im 25 years old and a stay at home mommy. We've been through alot since my pregnancy with Addy, and my mother suggested I start a blog for lots of reasons. So finally here I am. I figure I will use this as an outlet, and a way to share our lives and basically put it all down on paper. Hopefully I will keep up with blogging and will be able to look back years from now and read this first blog post and remember how I felt. Well the baby is awake now and I have to go nurse her, I guess this is where I will end my first ever blog post! :) I will get back to writing about "us" when I get a free minute. I have LOTS to talk about!
